I just happen to believe that meal time is incredibly important for a family. It can be stressful planning meals, but I love sitting down and talking with the fam over a home-cooked meal. It's just a little piece of heaven.
E-Mealz recently asked me to review one of their dinner meal plans, and for the past few weeks, my meal planning has been absolute bliss!!
Here's the gist of how E-Mealz works:
You select a meal plan based on your favorite grocery store PLUS the size of your family. Each week, you can download a unique meal plan with 5 simple meals ready to go! The recipes and side dishes included.
You can create just about any meal in 30 minutes or less. There are 7 ingredients or less in each meal. And guess what?? Your grocery list is included! I loved that E-Mealz actually helped me to save money and time.
I loved the variety of meals available. They were tasty. And creative!
Like this enchilada casserole.
It was slightly spicy, and oh so yummy!
This is a recipe I will definitely be making over and over again.
The meal was the perfect size for our family, so we didn't throw anything away.
Why am I sharing this with you?
Well, we are all busy, active people. Meal-planning is important, but it can become expensive, monotonous, or just plain frustrating.
E-Mealz is giving one Oopsey Daisy reader a 3-month subscription to an E-mealz meal plan of their choice.

ReplyDeleteI used to have an e-mealz subscription and I had the Aldi family meal plan. I think if I got this one, I would do the low fat family plan. I LOVED the convenience of it and it always reminded me to add veggies or fruit with the meals but some of the Aldi plan ones had so much sodium.
