Wednesday's Wowzers

I haven't done a "random" edition of Wednesday's Wowzers in quite a while--since before Baby Week.  But there has been A LOT in blog-land that has wowed me.  Sometimes, it even verges on intimidation.  You people are so dang crafty!  And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Here are just a few random projects that have knocked my socks off in the last month:
Seriously.  I adore everything created by Sweet Something Designs!  I just can't get over that she created this adorable flag banner out of a discarded wooden pallet.  Go check it out!

Delia Creates is a new blog that I have fallen in love with.  She crafts.  She takes beautiful pictures... and even shares some of her secrets!!  I LOVE everything about this distressed ABC art that Delia shared at Oh So Happy Together.  She and her son actually took pictures of letters around town, and made their own distressed alphabet art.  You've got to take a look!

I have started buying frozen juices JUST so I can keep the lids because I have been so inspired by Brown Paper Packages and the incredible ideas for repurposing these lids!  I can't wait to make this quiet book!

This is a fabulous idea if you need a last-minute Father's Day idea!!  Aly & Ash shared this customized checkerboard idea. I may have to bookmark this for Christmas.  So much fun!

My friend Kelsey at Tattered & Inked made this tiled mirror from tiles and mirror at the dollar store.  Thrifty and gorgeous--that's talent!

Another new favorite blog, Blue Eyed Freckle, is so fresh and fab!!  She shares ideas for bath-time art with foam.  I think Little Man will enjoy this as he gets older.

Executive Homemaker is a treasury of valuable printable ideas like this toddler activity book.  You can print off page after page of stimulating ideas for your toddlers.  If you have a toddler you need this!  I'm already loving it.

Last but not least, I know you must have seen Positively Splendid's Coke can napkin rings.  I know I would cut myself up even attempting this... but I may just start saving my Coke cans just in case!

BRAVO, my fellow crafters!  Enjoy your Wednesday!
